Description

Welcome to Everdell, a sun-dappled valley where clever forest critters build bustling cities beneath towering trees. You are the leader of this thriving community, and you have one year—from Everfrost to Bellsong—to construct the most impressive city before the winter moon rises.

Each turn, you choose from three actions. First, you can place a Worker on the board to gather resources like twigs, resin, pebbles, and berries, or to draw cards and trigger special effects. Second, you can play a Card from your hand to add to your personal tableau—a city of up to 15 Construction and Critter cards. These cards come in five types: Travelers, Production, Destination, Governance, and Prosperity. Each card generates resources, grants unique abilities, or scores points, and the interactions between them create endless strategic possibilities. Third, you can prepare for the next Season by recalling your workers and gaining new ones.

The game flows through four seasons, from Winter to Autumn. As the year progresses, you’ll build buildings, meet lively characters, host events, and adapt your strategy. When winter returns, the player whose city has the most points wins. Everdell blends dynamic tableau building with clever worker placement, offering a cozy yet deeply strategic experience for 1–4 players.
