Description

Wingspan is a competitive, medium-weight card-driven game where you play as a bird enthusiast—researcher, watcher, or collector—building a network of wildlife preserves. Your goal: discover and attract the best birds to create powerful chains of combos across three habitats.

Each bird you play extends your engine in one of these habitats, which focus on key actions: gain food tokens using custom dice in a birdfeeder dice tower, lay eggs with colorful miniatures, or draw from hundreds of unique bird cards to play them. Every bird adds new abilities that unlock stronger moves as the game progresses.

After four rounds, the player with the most points wins. From the 7th printing onward, the base game also includes the Swift-Start Promo Pack to help new players jump right in. Designed by Elizabeth Hargrave and featuring 180 stunning birds illustrated by Natalia Rojas and Ana Maria Martinez, Wingspan is as beautiful as it is strategic.
